Founding Team Positions
We’re hiring for our opening team — start dates range from Spring 2026 (leadership and training) through June 2026 or sooner (resident move-in). Don’t see your perfect role? Apply anyway — we’re building something new and want to hear from anyone who shares our mission.
Certified Caregiver / CNA
Provide direct personal care to residents — ADL assistance, medication reminders, and companionship. CNA certification preferred, but we’ll train the right person with the right heart.
Memory Care Specialist
Specialized caregiver role in our secure memory care wing. Experience with dementia care preferred. Full Montessori-based dementia care training provided.
Medication Technician
Administer medications per physician orders, maintain eMAR records, and monitor residents for medication-related concerns. RCFE medication training certification required or willing to obtain.
Activities & Engagement Coordinator
Design and lead daily activities that keep residents engaged — crafts, music, fitness, outings, intergenerational events. A creative heart and boundless energy required.
Cook / Dietary Aide
Prepare nutritious, appealing meals for residents with special attention to dietary needs, texture modifications, and preferences. Food handler’s card required.
Housekeeping & Laundry
Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Handle laundry with care and attention. A big-hearted role that residents genuinely appreciate.
Shift Supervisor / Lead Caregiver
Lead a team of caregivers during your shift, mentor new hires, coordinate care plans, and serve as the point of contact for families. Prior senior-care experience required.

I don’t have senior-care experience. Can I still apply? +
Yes! For most caregiver roles, we provide full paid training. We’re looking for people with the right heart — patience, empathy, and reliability. We’ll teach you the rest.
When do shifts start? Are there overnight positions? +
We operate 24/7, so we offer day (6am–2pm), evening (2pm–10pm), and overnight (10pm–6am) shifts. Overnight shifts include a small differential bonus.
What’s the background check process? +
Standard for RCFE facilities: fingerprint clearance through California Department of Justice (Live Scan), TB test, and reference check. We’ll walk you through every step.
When would I actually start? +
Leadership and training roles begin Spring 2026. Direct-care team members (caregivers, med techs, cooks, housekeepers) start in May–June 2026 as we prepare for our grand opening. You’ll be paid during orientation and training.
